Frequently Asked Questions
-
May I use my own vendor?
-
Absolutely! Our open vendor policy is a part of our commitment to offer as much freedom and flexibility as possible. We require COI’s with our company listed as Additional Insured from professional caterers, as well as TABC licenses and COI’s in the same fashion from bartenders. Bella brides, grooms, and their friends/family who are not professional caterers may even bring their own food with the purchase of a one-day event insurance policy!

Is security required?
-
During events with alcohol, from the time alcohol service begins through to the end of the event, uniformed, professional peace officers, security guards, or police officers who are unrelated to the bride or groom must be on site at a ratio of one officer to 100 guests.
During non-alcoholic events, we require one officer who meets the aforementioned criterion to every 200 guests.

Can I rent just one building? What if I don’t require a full 15-hour rental time?
